摘  要:近几年,以小排量、高功率、降低油耗为研发趋势的涡轮增压技术已经成为各车企竞相追逐的目标。对于2015款皇冠2.0T涡轮增压系统,采用双喷射、双涡管、双水冷循环、双VVT-i(W)等技术,既弥补了传统涡轮工作迟滞现象和噪声大的问题,又降低了油耗,提升了自身性能。简要介绍了新皇冠2.0T 8AR-FTS发动机缸盖一体式排气歧管和双涡管涡轮增压器、VVT-i W、独立的涡轮增压冷却系统、考虑增压的曲轴箱强制通风系统等新技术,以期使使增压系统与发动机在各个工况下拥有良好的匹配性能。In recent years, with the small displacement, high power, reduce fuel consumption for the research and development trend of the turbocharger technology has become the car enterprises to chase the target. For the 2015 2.0T turbo charging system, double injection, double vortex tube, double water cooling cycle, double VVT-i(W) technology, which makes up for the phenomenon of the traditional turbine work delay and noise, and reduce the fuel consumption, improve their performance. This paper briefly introduces the turbocharged cooling system for the new crown 2.0T 8AR-FTS engine cylinder head of various type exhaust manifold and double vortex tube turbocharger, VVT-i W, independent, consider pressurized crankcase forced ventilation systems and other new technologies, in order to make the engine and turbocharging system in different conditions has good matching performance.
