摘　　要：为了延长管道的使用寿命和保障安全生产,应在管道防腐中采用防腐蚀涂层与阴极保护相结合的双保护技术。防腐涂层可对管道与周围土壤介质起到物理隔离作用,优质的防腐涂层可有效降低阴极保护所需的保护电流密度;阴极保护可有效弥补防腐涂层具有的针孔、涂层老化等缺陷,从根本上抑制管道土壤腐蚀的发生和发展。通过两者的结合使用,可大大延长管道的使用寿命,这是目前公认的组合防腐蚀技术。In order to extend the service life of the pipeline and ensure the safe production, the double protection technology which is used in the pipeline anticorrosion coating and cathodic protection is adopted. Anticorrosion coating can be used to protect the pipeline and the surrounding soil. The high quality coating can effectively reduce the protection current density, and can effectively compensate for the defects of the corrosion protection coating. The combination of the two can greatly extend the service life of the pipeline, which is currently recognized as a combination of anti-corrosion technology.
