摘  要:"三道两路"理论是壮医学生理病理观,有关道路的论说内容是壮医学理论的特色内容。三道(指气道、谷道、水道)是气血生化之源,两路(指龙路、火路)运行气血并对全身功能活动进行调控。道路阻滞不通,气血运行不畅,"天、地、人"三气不能同步引起疾病。三道通过两路与人体天地人三部产生联系,构成统一整体,在两路的整体调节下,各通路各司其职,保持人体内部、人体与自然界三气同步的健康状态。通过分析"三道两路"理论的学术内涵,探讨其应用,进一步加深对壮医学理论的理解和认识,以期应用壮医学理论提高临床工作的能力。The theory of ‘three passages and two channels' is the physiology and pathology of Zhuang medicine, and the characteristic of Zhuang medicine was the discussion about the theory of ‘three passages and two channels'. The three passages are viewed as the resource of qi and blood, while the two channels are involved with transportation and regulation of qi and blood. It is supposed that if qi and blood of the three passages and two channels in the body are blocked and are inharmonious with those of outside the body, which will cause disease. Three passages keeps in touch with the whole body through regulating of the two channels which makes it possible that keeps the body and the nature health and harmonious. It is helpful to know more about Zhuang medicine by analyzing academic idea of the theory of ‘three passages and two channels' and exploring its application, which is expected to improve clinical practice.
