不同状态下电针大鼠心包经原穴与合募俞穴配伍效应特征观察

摘　　要：目的:观察不同状态下电针心包经原穴与合募俞配伍使用对心室内压的影响,探索针灸的效应特征。方法:通过右颈总动脉插管至左心室的方法记录左心室内压。以心室内压为指标,分别在正常、异丙肾上腺素和心得安状态下观察电针大陵与曲泽、膻中、厥阴俞配伍对大鼠左心室内压的影响。结果:从针刺的效应方向上看,在异丙肾上腺素状态下,3组效应一致,均为抑制效应。从针刺变化率的平均值看,心得安状态下,电针大陵+曲泽针刺变化率的平均值≥1%,呈现明显的兴奋效应。异丙肾上腺素状态下,电针大陵厥阴俞针刺变化率的平均值≥1%,呈现明显的抑制效应。结论:心包经原穴大陵与合募俞学的配伍使用降低了大陵单独使用的效应。Objective： To observe the inl uence of electro-acupuncture on combination with pericardium yuan-primary point and he-sea point, front-mu point or back-shu point on endocardial pressure in different states, and explore the effect featuresof acupuncture. Methods： The internal pressure of left ventricle was detected by using right common carotid artery intubation. To observe the inf luence of EA on Daling（PC7） and Quze（PC3）, Daling（PC7） and Danzhong（CV17）, Daling（PC7） and Jueyinshu（BL14） under normal physiology, isoproterenol and propranolol states based on the index as endocardial pressure. Results： From the effect of electro-acupuncture, under isoproterenol state, the effect of the three groups of acupoints was consistent, and were all characterized by inhibiting effect. Under propranolol state, the mean value of change rate of EA on Daling（PC7） and Quze（PC3） was more than or equal to 1%, and the all presented with clearly excited effect. Under isoproterenol state, the mean value of change rate of EA on Daling（PC7） and Jueyinshu（BL14） was more than or equal to 1%, and the all presented with clearly inhibited effect. Conclusion： The effects of using Daling（PC7） combination with pericardium yuan-primary point and he-sea point, front-mu point or back-shu point is lower than acupoint Daling（PC7） alone.
