基于数据挖掘的郑小伟治疗肝经郁热型慢性咽炎的用药规律及临证经验的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨郑小伟教授治疗肝经郁热型慢性咽炎的用药规律及临证经验。方法:收集整理郑小伟教授肝经郁热型慢性咽炎的门诊处方,构建处方数据库,应用SPSS 17.0及Clementine 12.0软件,采用关联规则等统计方法,分析处方中药物的使用频次、证候表现及两者的关联。结果:高频药物包括柴胡、枳壳、川楝子、郁金、厚朴、竹沥半夏等,置信度为100%的关联规则包括"咽中异物感→竹沥半夏、苏梗、川厚朴、预知子"、"咽干、咽痒→天浆壳、八月札、蝉衣、木蝴蝶"、"咽中灼热感→赤芍、牡丹皮、青黛、海蛤壳"、"咽痛→延胡索、五灵脂"等。结论:郑小伟教授治疗肝经郁热型慢性咽炎善用经方,同时善用花类中药以助疏肝,升降并用祛除郁热,并强调情志调养。Objective： To investigate professor ZHENG Xiao-wei＇s medication rules and clinical experience for treating chronic pharyngitis with syndrome of heat stagnated in liver meridian. Methods： Outpatient prescriptions of treating chronic pharyngitis with syndrome of heat stagnated in liver meridian of professor ZHENG were collected, and the database was established. The usage frequency of drug, syndrome manifestations and the correlations between them were analyzed by using SPSS 17.0 and clementine 12.0 software and association rules. Results： The drugs with high usage frequency included Chinese thorowax root, orange fruit, szechwan chinaberry fruit, turmeric root tuber oi cinal magnolia bark, pinellia tuber, and so on. The association rules with coni dence coei cient as 100% included ‘foreign body sensation→pinellia tuber, caulis perillae, oi cinal magnolia bark and akebiae fructus＇, ‘dry and itching throat→Japanese metaplexis pericarp, fiveleaf akebia fruit, cicada slough and seed of Indian trumetl ower＇, ‘burning heat sensation of throat→peony root, tree peony root bark, natural indigo and clam shell＇ and ‘pharyngalgia→yanhusuo and l ying squirrel＇s droppings＇. Conclusion： Professor ZHENG Xiao-wei is good at treating chronic pharyngitis with syndrome of heat stagnated in liver meridian with classical prescriptions, and accustomed to smooth the liver with l ower Chinese medicines, remove stasis-heat with promoting and demoting simultaneously and emphasize on maintaining emotions.
