摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘方法研究国医大师治疗肝硬化的用药规律。方法:将搜集到63个医案中的方药信息提取,建立数据库,对药物的功效、性、味、归经进行描述性统计和对高频药物进行聚类分析和关联分析。结果:63个医案中,首诊方剂64首,药物共169味,共计867次。169味药物按功效可分为18类,按频率排前3位的依次为补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药;药性前3位依次为平、寒、温;药味前3位依次为甘、苦、辛。归经前3位依次为肝、胃、脾。经聚类分析,得到5个核心药物组。经关联分析,置信度为100.00%的药物组有5个。结论:国医大师治疗肝硬化用药以补虚药、清热药、活血药、理气药、利水渗湿药为主,辨证运用疏肝健脾、活血散结和清热利湿等治法。Objective： To analyze the medication rule of TCM master in treating liver cirrhosis based on data mining. Methods： The information of 63 medical records was collected and extracted, and the database was established. The effects, nature and l avor, channel tropism of drugs were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, and the usage frequency of drugs was analyzed by using clustering analysis and correlation analysis. Results： There were 64 formulas, 169 drugs and 867 frequencies in the 63 medical records, and the 169 drugs could be divided into 18 kinds. The drug kinds with high usage frequency were, in order, drugs for restoring vital energy, drugs for clearing heat and drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis. The medicine properties with high usage frequency were, in order, plain, cold and warm. The tastes with high frequency were, in order, sweet, bitter and pungent. The channel tropisms with high frequency were, in order, liver, stomach and spleen. Five nuclear medicine groups were obtained by using clustering analysis. Five medicine suits with coni dence level of 100.00% were obtained by using association analysis. Conclusion： TCM masters were good at treating liver cirrhosis with drugs for restoring vital energy, drugs for clearing heat, drugs for invigorating blood circulation, drugs for qi-regulating and drugs for removing dampness and promoting dieresis, and with therapies as dispersing stagnated liver qi for strengthening spleen, promoting blood circulation for resolving static blood and clearing heat and promoting dieresis.
