摘　　要：吕仁和教授基于"整体观"和"辨证论治"的思想,结合长期临床经验总结出"六对论治"的辨证思维,包括对症论治、对症辨证论治、对症辨病与辨证论治相结合、对病论治、对病辨证论治、对病分期辨证论治,临证运用广泛,疗效显著。文章详细总结了吕仁和教授"六对论治"诊治糖尿病性胃轻瘫的经验。Professor LYU Ren-he summarized ‘six ways of syndrome differentiation and treatment＇ based on holism and treatment based on syndrome differentiation and combined with his long-term clinical experience, which included treatment based on symptoms, symptomatic treatment based on syndrome differentiation, combination of disease differentiation based on symptoms and treatment based on syndrome differentiation, treatment based on disease, treatment of disease based on syndrome differentiation, and treatment of disease in different stages based on syndrome differentiation. ‘Six ways of syndrome differentiation and treatment＇ was widely applied and had achieved significant effect in clinic. This paper summarized professor LYU Ren-he＇s clinical experience of applying ‘six ways of syndrome differentiation and treatment＇ in treating diabetes gastroparesis from the above six aspects.
