摘　　要：阴阳乃天地之道,性命之本,阴阳失衡,百病由生,癌瘤亦随之而生。吾师沈敏鹤,善从三焦肿瘤分别立论,审症求因,别其阴阳,以药性之偏纠人体之偏,以平为期。理上焦之积,清润宣通平调气阴;调中焦之积,升降出入非平不安;治下焦之积,滋阴补阳以平为常。并倡导顺应四时阴阳,情志有节,饮食有度,三因制宜,以求天人合一,阴阳平秘。Yin and yang are the law of nature and the origin of life. Imbalance of yin and yang can lead to diseases, as well as tumors. SHEN Min-he is good at making points from the Sanjiao tumors respectively, identifying etiology and yinyang properties by differentiating symptoms and signs, and correcting human body＇s unbalance of yin and yang by means of using nature and l avour of traditional Chinese medicine. To clear the stagnation in upper-jiao, and then clearing, moistening, dispersing and ventilating upper-jiao to regulate qi and yin mildly. To regulate obstruction in middle-jiao, and make ascending, descending, exiting and entering activities unobstructed. To governed obstruction in lower-jiao, and nourishing yin and tonifying yang to regulate the balance of yin and yang. Moreover, he advocates that conform to properties of yin and yang in four seasons and control emotion-thought and diet accordance with seasonal conditions, local conditions and patient＇s individuality, in order to achieve the states of unity of heaven and man and yin and yang in balance.
