摘　　要：周安方教授认为,"肾虚肝实"是男科疾病的基本病机,并针对性地运用"补肾泻肝"法治疗男科疾病,疗效显著。文章中选取周老师运用"补肾泻肝"法治疗肾虚血瘀型、肾虚肝郁型、湿热肾虚型阳痿验案3则进行分析,可资临床参考。Professor ZHOU An-fang believes that ‘kidney deficiency and liver solid＇ is the basic pathogenesis of male division disease, and use ‘Tonifying kidney and sedating liver＇ method in the treatment of a variety of male disease, the curative effect is remarkable. This article reports three cases of impotence with ‘Tonifying kidney and sedating liver＇ method in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis, kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation type, hot and humid kidney deficiency by professor ZHOU An-fang.The clinic experience of ZHOU An-fang can be used as reference in clinic practice.
