摘　　要：中医药治疗艾滋病有明确的临床疗效,其具体的作用机制很复杂。文章就从中医药参与治疗艾滋病以来有关中药治疗艾滋病有效作用机制的文献进行了整理,分别从提高机体免疫功能、抑制HIV-RNA病毒复制、改善AIDS患者临床症状、降低HAART的不良反应等方面进行了综述。It is well known that traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） has dei nite curative effect on acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS）, but the concrete mechanism is very complicated. This article rearranged literatures which discussed the mechanism of Chinese materia medica applied in treating HIV/AIDS respectively, and summaried from the following aspects as improving the body＇s immune function, inhibiting replication of HIV-RNA virus; improving clinical symptoms of HIV patients, reducing the side effects of HAART, and enhancing functions of specific T cells of HIV.
