肾阳虚型高血压的病机及辨证治疗

摘　　要：笔者通过对高血压相关古今文献的研究,发现肾阳虚型高血压客观存在,随着病机的细化,可分为阳失温煦、虚阳上扰、阳虚血瘀、阳虚水泛、阳虚痰凝、阳虚湿阻、阳虚风动等7个亚证,并提出了可供参考的辨治方法。Based on the ancient and modern documents about hypertension, we concluded that the hypertension with syndrome of deficiency of kidney yang was objective reality. There were seven subtypes on the basis of the pathogenesis as follows： lack of warmth by yang, upward l oating of yang in deficiency condition, blood stasis due to deficiency of kidney yang, edema due to yang insui ciency, phlegm due to yang insui ciency, dampness stagnation due to yang insui ciency, stirring wind due to yang insui ciency. In addition, we provided a reference for the syndrome differentiation and the treatment.
