针刺治疗痔疮的几点思考

摘　　要：文章通过列举针刺治疗痔疮的两种不正确做法以及阐述名老中医点刺承山放血拔罐机制,指出了错误做法的根本原因在于:阴阳经的五腧穴配属五行穴的规律混为一谈;患处用电针能加重水肿、出血;并阐述了放血拔罐能减轻局部血液瘀积和静脉扩张。从而说明:要正确运用中医理论;局部患处慎用电针;承山穴点刺刺放血治痔行之有效。Absrtact： In this paper, two kinds of wrong approach were listed and the correct famous TCM doctor＇s experience on Chengshan bloodletting cupping principle was expounded about treating of hemorrhoids with Acupuncture. Pointed out the fundamental reasons for the mistakes were： Law of Fiveshu match Wuxing between Yin and Yang meridians were confused; and focal part with electro-acupuncture could be aggravated edema, hemorrhage; And elaborated that bloodletting cupping therapy could reduce local blood accumulation and venous expansion.By the above indicate ： to apply the theory of TCM correctly; and be careful with electro-acupuncture in the focal place; Therapy of bloodletting cupping is effective for treating hemorrhoids on Chengshan acupoint.
