银翘消支饮治疗精液解脲支原体感染及其对精子顶体酶活性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药银翘消支饮联合盐酸多西环素治疗精液解脲支原体(Uu)的疗效,及其对精子顶体酶活性的影响。方法:选取男性解脲支原体感染不育患者163例,随机分为3组,中药组(银翘消支饮治疗)53例、西药组(盐酸多西环素治疗)52例和中西药组(银翘消支饮联合盐酸多西环素治疗)58例,治疗疗程为12d。结果:治疗后3组患者的症状、体征均有不同程度的改善,其总有效率分别为77.35%、75.00%、91.37%。中药组、西药组组间差异无统计学意义,中西药组疗效明显优于中药组和西药组(P<0.05)。结论:银翘消支饮治疗精液Uu感染具有与盐酸多西环素相当的疗效,二者联合用药治疗Uu则能明显提高疗效,可显著提高精子顶体酶活性。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Yinqiao Eliminating Uu Soup of Chinese herbs combined with doxycycline hydrochloride on ureaplasma urealyticum of semen, and its affects on acrosome enzyme activity. Methods： One hundred and sixty-three male infertility patients of ureaplasma mycoplasma infection were randomly divided into three groups, the Chinese herbs group of Yinqiao Eliminating Uu Soup with 53 cases, the western medicine group of doxycycline hydrochloride with 52 cases and the Chinese and western medicine group of Yinqiao Eliminating Uu Soup combined with doxycycline hydrochloride with 58 cases. The course was 12 days. Results： The symptoms and signs of the three groups were different degrees of improvement after treatment. The total effective rate were 77.35%, 75.00%,91.37%. There was no statistically significant difference between the Chinese herbs group and the western medicine group. The curative effect of the Chinese and western medicine group was significantly better than that of the Chinese herbs group and the western medicine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yinqiao Eliminating Uu Soup in treatment of Uu infection of semen has the equivalent effect as doxycycline hydrochloride. Both combination therapy can significantly improve the ei cacy to treat Uu, and significantly improve sperm acrosome enzyme activity.
