摘　　要：目的评价自体富血小板血浆-脂肪颗粒移植隆乳术的临床疗效。方法对40例患者取腰腹部或大腿脂肪颗粒，处理后将脂肪颗粒与自体富血小板血浆混合后移植于胸大肌、乳腺后及皮下进行隆乳，6个月内进行第2次移植。术后随访12个月，通过对比术前及术后胸围，进行手术效果评估。结果经过两次自体富血小板血浆．脂肪颗粒移植隆乳，所有患者无明显手术并发症，胸围平均增加5．2cm，外形满意。结论自体富血小板血浆-自体脂肪颗粒隆乳术安全有效，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autologous platelet-rich plasma （PRP） with lipochondria in 40 cases augmentation mammoplasty. Methods Autologous lipochondria harvested from waist and abdomen or thigh were mixed with PRP and then they were transferred to the pectoralis major muscle, inferior mammary glands and subcutaneous to enlarge the breasts. The second transplantations were operated within 6 months. After 12 months following up, preoperative and postoperative bust were compared and the effects of the operation were evaluated. Results After the twice operations, all 40 cases undergone the operation mentioned above were satisfied with few operative complications, the increased busts （ an average 5.2 cm） and good shape. Conclusion The twice transplantation of autologous PRP with lipochondria is safe and effective.
