摘　　要：高职教育面临招生难与就业难的尴尬局面,学生对行业和专业的认同感与归属感在不断的消退,传统的教学模式已不再适合新生一代,因此打破传统教学模式,改革与创新人才培养体系,将传统六学期改革为10学期,实现理论与实践交替,实现教室、实训室、校企实训基地循环交替,实现能力螺旋式提升,建立"10学期分段递进式"人才培养模式,显得尤为重要.Vocational education faces the embarrassing situation of difficult recruitment and employment, the professional identity and sense of belonging of students continue to fade, the traditional teaching mode is no longer suitable for the new generation, so breaking the traditional teaching mode, reforming and innovating personnel training system, especially reforming the traditional semester from 6 to 10 are especially important. And to relize the alternate theory and practice, and cyclic alternation of the classroom, training room and the practical training. Findlly to realize the implementation capability spiral ascension, which to establish ＂section 10 term progressive type＂ personnel training mode.
