摘　　要：群团组织是党联系群众的桥梁和纽带,是我们党做好群众工作的重要力量。群团工作是党的群众工作的重要组成部分。新时期,随着经济体制深刻变革,社会结构深刻变动,利益格局深刻调整,思想观念深刻变化,改革发展进入了关键时期。如何贯彻中央关于加强和改进党的群团工作部署,适应内外环境新变化,探索群团组织应对之策,成为当前群团组织发展的重中之重。China＇s public organizations are the bridges and links in maintaining the ties between the Party and people with great reform and development has been in a critical stage with the deepened reform in the economic system, social structure and pattern of interests, as well as profound ideological changes. At present, the organizations should attach great importance to the following work： carrying out what the Party Central Committee has arranged in strengthening and improving the organizations; adapting to the new changes of internal and external environments; and exploring the measures to find solutions.
