摘  要:系统研究了Na OH用量对杂交马褂木APMP制浆性能和纤维特性的影响。结果表明:随着Na OH总用量的增加,纸浆得率、游离度、磨浆能耗呈下降趋势,纤维的长度、宽度、粗度、卷曲指数呈上升趋势,纤维的扭结角、扭结率和切断率呈下降趋势,纤维的帚化率随着Na OH总用量的增加先上升后下降;在相同游离度条件下,杂交马褂木APMP纸浆的不透明度、松厚度、撕裂指数、抗张指数明显比杨木APMP纸浆相应指标高,但是杂交马褂木APMP纸浆的白度比杨木APMP纸浆白度低。The effect of sodium hydroxide dosage on the properties of Liriodendron hybrids alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp fiber was studied. With increasing of total Na OH dosage,the pulp yield,freeness and refining energy consumption were declined,the fiber's length,width,coarseness and curl index were increased,the kink angle,kink rate and cutting rate were declined. The fibrillation rate rose at the beginning and then declined with increasing of total dosage of Na OH. Under the same conditions of freeness,the opacity,the bulk,tear index,tensile index of Liriodendron hybrids APMP was significantly higher than those of poplar except of the brightress.
