纸浆纤维-聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵吸附物的制备及其助留助滤性能

摘  要:在碱性水溶液中将聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)吸附在漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆纤维上制得阳离子纸浆纤维(CPF),并采用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对其进行表征。结果表明,CPF在反应温度50℃、反应时间0.5h的情况下,较佳合成条件为:PDMDAAC聚合度为1万、用量为5%;CPF能显著提高沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)填料的留着率;添加7%的CPF即可使PCC的留着率提高6.6%,而添加0.05%的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)仅可使其提高6.1%;CPF能够对纸张的物理性能有所改善,添加CPF的麦草浆成纸的抗张强度和耐破强度要明显高于添加CPAM的,而基本不低于添加未改性加拿大漂白针叶木浆纤维的,同时能够改善该麦草浆的滤水性能。In the deposition process,deposits of fiber- PDMDAAC( CPF) were prepared by adsorbing the polydimethyl dially ammomium chloride( PDMDAAC) onto CKF. The CPF was characterized by XPS. Under the conditions of 50℃ and 0. 5h,the suitable dosage of PDMDAAC with polymerization degree of 10000 is 5% for the preparation of CPF. CPF could improve the retention of precipitated calcium carbonate( PCC) filler significantly.With 7% CPF,the retention of PCC increased 6. 6%,whereas the increase of PCC retention was 6. 1% with0. 05% CPAM. The tensile and burst strength of the paper with CPF were higher than those with CPAM significantly,not lower than those with untreated CKP. CPF addition had also a positive effect on the improvement of stock drainage.
