摘 要:通过实验制备了新型无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸铝铁,对制浆中段废水进行混凝处理研究。考察了铝铁硅比例、聚硅酸铝铁投加量和p H因素对混凝效果的影响。试验结果表明,当合成的聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂中Al:Fe:Si=1∶1∶2,聚硅酸铝铁的最佳投加量为30m L/L,p H为7时,CODCr的去除率达到75.6%,色度去除率达到95.8%。聚硅酸铝铁的絮凝效果以及产生的絮体的沉降速度均优于PAC。A new effective inorganic polymer flocculant polysilicate ferric aluminum( PSFA) was prepared in this experiment,and pretreatment of mid- stage pulping effluent using the flocculant was carried out. Effects of the flocculant constituent ratio,the flocculant dosage and p H on the treatment efficiency were studied,using poly aluminum chloride( PAC) as compared. The results showed that the removal rates of CODCrand chroma were up to75. 6% and 95. 8% when the flocculant constituent ratio Al∶ Fe∶ Si = 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 2,the flocculant dosage was 30 m L / L and p H was 7. The treatment efficiency was much higher than that of PAC. And the formed flocs by PSFA had better settling ability compared to that of PAC.
