摘  要:采用草浆绿液苛化反应制备出苛化碳酸钙,研究了硅的存在对苛化碳酸钙微观形貌、比表面积、平均粒径、沉降体积、电荷密度的影响。结果表明,硅的存在使苛化碳酸钙产生以下新的特征:随着碳酸钙中硅酸钙含量从0.31%增大到6.40%(以Si O2计),碳酸钙的形貌逐渐从规则的方形逐渐趋于片状无定形化;比表面积从5.68m2/g增大到18.64m2/g,增大了约228%;平均粒径从4.51μm增大到6.84μm;沉降体积从2.26 m L·g-1增大到2.80m L·g-1;电荷密度也从-0.60μmol/g增大到-1.94μmol/g,增大了约223%。由此可见,与普通碳酸钙相比,苛化碳酸钙比表面积和电负性都显著增大。Causticizing calcium carbonate was prepared by green liquor causticizing in wheat straw pulping. The effect of silicon content on the morphology,specific surface area,average particle size,sedimentation volume,and charge density of the causticizing calcium carbonate was investigated. The results show that calcium silicate give calcium carbonate some new characteristics. With the increase of silicate content from 0. 31% to 6. 40%( as Si O2),the morphology of calcium carbonate changed gradually from square to amorphous,the specific surface area increased from 5. 68 m^2/ g to 18. 64m^2/ g,the average particle size increased from 4. 51μm to 6. 84μm,the sedimentation volume increased from 2. 26 m L·g^-1 to 2. 80 m L·g^-1,and the negative charge density also increased from 0. 60μmol / g to 1. 94μmol / g. The specific surface area and the negative charge density increase significantly.
