沙眼衣原体性宫颈炎治疗前后局部免疫状态改变研究

摘　　要：目的研究沙眼衣原体性宫颈炎治疗前后局部免疫状态的改变。方法2014年1月至12月收集于我院就诊的沙眼衣原体感染性宫颈炎患者115例，予阿奇霉素1g单次口服标准疗法，治疗前后均进行衣原体核酸扩增免疫荧光检测及Th1／Th2细胞因子IL-4、IL-8、IFN-γ、TNF-α检钡4，进行比较分析，选择同期健康体检生育年龄人群58例作为正常对照组。结果与正常对照组相比较，沙眼衣原体宫颈炎患者治疗前IL-4降低，IL-8、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平异常升高，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治愈组患者治疗后IL-4水平上升，IL-8、IFN-γ、TNF—α水平下降，差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论沙眼衣原体性宫颈炎感染治愈后患者生殖道内免疫状态趋于正常，有利于预防严重后遗症的发生。Objective To study the changes of local immune status before and after treatment of chlamydia trachomatis cervicitis. Methods 115 patients with chlamydia trachomatis cervicitis in our hospital from January to December 2014 were selected, treated with Azithromycin by single oral therapy, IL-4, IL-8, IFN-γ and TNF-α of vaginal lavage fluid were detected by ELISA before and after treatment. Another 58 healthy people in reproductive age were selected as control group. Results Before treatment, IL-4 decreased, while IL-8, IFN-γ, TNF-α abnormally increased in patients with chlamydia trachomatis cervicitis compared with control group, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. After treatment, IL-4 of cured patients increased, while IL-8, IFN-γ, TNF-α decreased significantly, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion After treatment, the local immune status of chlamydia trachomatis cervicitis patients move toward normalization, which will be helpful to prevent serious sequelae.
