浅谈3例会阴侧切伤口全层裂开的原因及护理

摘　　要：随着医学的发展,剖宫产率的控制及人们对优生优育意识的提高,经阴道自然分娩产妇日益增多,在分娩中为了缩短第二产程,加速分娩,防止会阴裂伤及保证婴儿的安全,会阴侧切率有明显上升的趋势。会阴侧切缝合术为产科常用手术,可以避免胎儿头部因长时间受压于会阴处而造成新生儿颅内血肿,新生儿窒息,也可避免母亲由于会阴部长时间受压而导致水肿、尿潴留、会阴盆底肌肉组织松弛等,切开组织为小阴唇皮肤、球海绵体肌、会阴深横肌和肛提肌的内侧纤维[1],其感染率为1%。许多原因可能导致会阴切口感染裂开。为减轻会阴切口愈合不良给产妇造成的痛苦和经济负担,促进产妇的健康。我院对3例会阴侧切口全层裂开的原因进行了分析,并采取了相应的护理措施。With the development of medicine,cesarean section rate and the control of people to improve the consciousness of eugenic and superior nurture,transvaginal natural childbirth puerpera increasing,in order to shorten the second labor in the labor,accelerate childbirth,prevent perineal laceration and ensure the safety of baby episiotomy rate have obvious rising trend.Episiotomy suture technique commonly used for obstetric surgery,can avoid the fetal head due to long time compression in the perineum place neonatal intracranial hematoma,and neonatal asphyxia,and also can avoid the mother due to compression of perineum minister time edema,urinary retention,perineum pelvic floor muscle relaxation, such as skin incision group as the labia minora,ball sponge body muscle,perineal deep transverse and anal the inside of the levator muscle fiber[1],the infection rate was 1%.Many reasons may lead to split the perineum incision infection.To alleviate the pain caused by poor healing perineum incision to maternal and economic burden,improve maternal health.Our 3 cases of lateral perineal incision full-thickness cracks are analyzed,the cause of and take the corresponding nursing measures.
