摘　　要：大学生创新训练计划项目是培养学生创新能力、提高其综合素质的重要载体。分析国内多所高校实施大学生创新训练计划项目的成果,结合指导大学生创新训练计划项目的实践经验和体会,探讨如何有效利用大学生创新训练计划项目的平台,在提高学生创新能力及工程实践能力的同时,拓展创新训练计划项目的深度和广度,实现学生和指导教师双赢,为该项目的可持续发展提供参考。Students innovation training project（ SITP） is an important carrier which to cultivate students＇ innovation ability,improve their comprehensive quality. SITP results of many domestic universities are analyzed. It is discussed on howto effectively use the SITP platform which combined with the experience in guiding SITP. In the meanwhile,the students＇ innovation ability and engineering practice ability are improved. ISTP depth and breadth are expanded to realize the benefits of students and teachers. These results will provide reference for the sustainable development of the project.
