毫火针配合红光治疗带状疱疹29例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察毫火针配合红光治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为对照组、红光组和毫火针配合红光治疗组,各30例。对照组给予常规药物治疗(抗病毒、止痛、营养神经和外用药物治疗);红光组在常规药物治疗基础上加用红光治疗,毫火针配合红光组为常规药物治疗外加红光和毫火针治疗。在治疗后第1周、第2周比较2组患者治疗前和治疗后临床症状改善情况及视觉模拟定级评分(VAS)的变化情况。结果红光组和毫火针配合红光组对带状疱疹的综合治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);在对疼痛的改善方面毫火针配合红光组优于对照组和红光组(P<0.05)。结论毫火针配合红光治疗带状疱疹可以更快缓解疼痛,促进皮疹好转,改善临床症状,是治疗带状疱疹的较好的辅助手段。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of mini -fire needle combined with red light therapy on the treatment of herpes zoster patients. Methods ： 90 patients were randomly divided into a control group, a red light treatment group and a milli - fire needle combined with red light treatment group, 30 cases per group. The control group received conventional therapy （ anti - viral, pain - relieving, trophic nerves and topical medication）. The red light treatment group was added with red light treatment besides conventional drug treat- ment, and the milli -fire needle with red light group was treated with conventional drugs plus red light and milli -fire needles. After the first and second week treatment, the clinical symptom improvement and the change of visual analogue rating scale （VAS） of the treatment groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results： The red light group and the milli - fire needle combined with red light group showed a better comprehensive effect on herpes zoster than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In terms of pain improvement, the milli - fire needle combined with red light group was better than the control group and the red light group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The milli - fire needle combined with red light treatment may quickly relieve pain, make skin rash better and improve clinical symptom, and is a better supplement means for herpes zoster treatment.
