摘 要:随着牛奶等乳制品消费的持续增长,我国的乳制品市场正在迅猛发展,但是也存在诸如市场集中度不高、品牌发展欠稳定、行业监管不力、原材料价格波动、盈利模式单一等问题。通过实证研究分析我国乳制品上市公司的数据之间的关系,以期找出我国乳制品上市公司的股权结构对经营绩效的相关性,这些实证结果有利于引导乳制品行业上市公司去关注一些可以提高经营绩效的相关因素,为乳制品行业的发展前景添砖加瓦,让乳制品行业为我国农业行业的发展做出一份贡献。With the consumption of milk and other dairy products increasing in recent years, dairy products market in China is undergoing a rapid development. However, some problems also arise, for instance, low level of market concentration, unsteady development of brands, loose regulation of the industry, twisting prices of raw materials, singleness of the profit model, etc. This paper studied, in an empirical way, the relevant data of China' s dairy listed companies in order to find out the relationship between ownership structure of the companies and their performances. The results yielded by the empirical study might be helpful for the companies to take a notice of some relevant factors which might improve their performances, and for the dairy industry to have a brighter perspective of development and make a contribution to the development of agricultural industry in China.
