加味藿香正气软胶囊对小鼠离体肠平滑肌的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察加味藿香正气软胶囊对小鼠离体肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:通过小鼠离体肠段实验,观察加味霍香正气软胶囊提取物对小鼠正常离体肠收缩活动的影响和对乙酰胆碱引起离体肠兴奋的拮抗作用。结果:加味霍香正气软胶囊提取物在终浓度为0.25 mg/m L,在给药后的15 min内均能明显降低小鼠正常肠段收缩能力(P<0.05或P<0.01);在终浓度为0.50 mg/m L加味霍香正气软胶囊提取物可使乙酰胆碱作用下的肠肌收缩张力减小(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:加味霍香正气软胶囊提取物能明显松弛小鼠正常离体肠收缩和拮抗乙酰胆碱引起的肠兴奋作用。Objective： To observe the effects of Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi soft capsule （加味藿香正气软胶囊, JWHX） on contraction of mice intestinal smooth muscles in vitro and explore the possible mechanisms. Methods： The mice isolated intestines were used to observe the effect on normal mice intestinal contraction and the intestinal stimulated antagonism to acetylcholine by extractive from JWHX. Results At the final concentration of 0.25 mg/mL, extractive from JWHX reduced the contractility of normal mice intestinal smooth muscles in 15 min after administration （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Under the actions of acetylcholine, extractive from JWHX also declined the contractile tension of mice intestinal smooth muscles at the final concentration of 0.50mg/mL （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Extractive from JWHX can significantly loose the contraction of normal mice intestines and analogize the intestinal slimulation caused by aeetylcholine.
