摘　　要：目的:分析我院中药注射剂的使用情况,探讨其合理使用问题。方法:用金额排序法和DDD分析法对我院2012-2014年的中药注射剂进行分析,由此判断、评价药物使用情况。资料来源于我院HIS系统。结果:2012-2014年我院中药注射剂的用药金额占全院药品金额的比例分别为7.83、9.21、9.11,用药金额和使用频数最大的是心脑血管系统用药。结论:我院2012-2014年中药注射剂应用基本合理。中药注射剂在心脑血管系统用药中有其独特的地位,但其成分复杂,使用时存在安全隐患,合理使用值得重视。Objective： To analyze the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine injection,and investigate its rational use in our hospital. Methods：The amount of sequencing method and the DDD analysis were used to analyze the Traditional Chinese Medicine injection analysis in our hospital from 2012-2014, to evaluate the use of drug. Data was from the hospital HIS sys- tem. Results：The proportion of traditional Chinese medicine injection drug amount in the amount of hospital-wide drug were 7. 83 ,9.2land 9.11 respectively from 2012 to 2014 in our hospital,and the drug amount and using frequency of the cardiovascu- lar system drugs are the largest amount.Conclusion： The clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital is basically reasonable. Traditional Chinese Medicine injections have its unique position in cerebrovascular system,but its composi- tion is complex; there are security risks in the use,and reasonable use deserves attention.
