固本平喘膏治疗支气管哮喘非急性发作期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察固本平喘膏治疗支气管哮喘非急性发作期的临床疗效,为其临床应用提供依据。方法:将60例支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组使用我院固本平喘膏治疗,对照组不采用膏方干预疗法,两组在观察期间均可在必要时使用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂(舒利迭)进行治疗缓解症状,随访1年。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在中医证候积分、圣乔治(SGRQ)呼吸问卷评分、1年内哮喘发作次数和单次住院时间等方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的肺通气功能检查比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:固本平喘膏方能有效缓解支气管哮喘的临床症状,减少发作次数,提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Kidney-lnvigorating and Asthma-Relieving Herbal Paste＂ in Treating the non-acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Methods： The 60 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the treatment and the control groups, 30 in each. Patients were treated with Herbal Paste in treatment group, while the control group weren＇t treated with it; both groups would use Seretide when their diseases relapsed. Follow up a year. Results： The treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）; the treatment group was superior to the control group in amelioration of syndrome, the times of seizure one year days, single hospitalization and the integration of SGRQ, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. But there was no statistical difference on pulmonary function between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Kidney-Invigorating and Asthma-Relieving Herbal Paste may diminish the frequency of asthma attack,control the nocturnal symptoms and decrease the severity of attack.
