知柏地黄汤内服合苦参外洗治疗老年性阴道炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨知柏地黄汤内服合苦参外洗治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合老年性阴道炎诊断的患者80例,随机分为治疗组40例、对照组40例。对照组予结合雌激素软膏(倍美力)阴道给药,治疗组予知柏地黄汤内服联合苦参外洗,两组均连续治疗2周。观察两组疗效以及痊愈患者3个月后的复发率。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为85.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组痊愈患者3个月后复发率治疗组为10.3%,对照组为36.0%,治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:知柏地黄汤合苦参外洗治疗老年性阴道炎疗效优于倍美力阴道给药,且复发率低。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction （ZBDHD, 知柏地黄汤） oral administration com- bined with Sophora washout on senile vaginitis. Methods： The 80 cases of senile vaginitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases each. Patients in treatment group were treated with ZBDHD oral administration combined with Sophora washout, and the control group received premarin. After 2 weeks, the efficacies of thetreatment group and control group were observed. After 3 months, the recurrence rate of the two groups was measured. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%, and the control group was 85.0%（P〈0.01 ）. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 10.3%, and the control group was 36.0%（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The effects of ZBDHD oral administration combined with Sophora washout on senile vaginitis of the treatment group was better than premarin, and the recurrence rate aslo lower.
