摘  要:超临界压力直流锅炉蒸发受热面工质温度是计算金属壁面温度的基础,对于实际运行的蒸发受热面,给出了根据进出口参数确定受热面工质温度的方法,利用工质压降沿炉膛高度均匀分布的假设,可快速确定工质的压力分布,这一假设引起的工质温度的计算偏差小于1℃,这种确定工质温度的方法特别适合用于超临界压力直流锅炉炉膛受热面壁面温度的在线监测计算。Water and steam temperature in evaporating surface is the foundation of mental temperature calculation in supercritical pressure once-through boiler. Methods for calculating water and steam temperature in evaporating surface are presented according to it's working parameters. Assumption of uniform pressure drop along the furnace height is extended for the rapid calculation of pressure distribution, water and steam temperature deviation caused by this assumption are less than 1 ℃, this kind of method to determine the water and steam temperature is particularly suitable for furnace wall mental temperature calculation of on-line monitoring in the supercriticalpressure once-through boiler.
