摘 要:采用超声波对棉织物进行前处理,单因素实验分析了棉织物失重率的影响因素,设计L9(33)正交实验,分析超声波处理条件对棉织物性能的影响,确定最佳工艺条件。在最佳退浆工艺下,进一步分析了漂白效果的影响因素,选出最佳漂白工艺。结果表明,超声波前处理棉织物退浆的最佳工艺:温度50℃,时间30 min,频率50 k Hz;棉织物的双氧水漂白最佳工艺:双氧水浓度20 g·L-1,时间30 min,温度60℃。最佳工艺条件下,棉织物失重率达到14.28%,白度达到76.5,毛效7.4 cm,断裂强力305 N,伸长率42.8%。说明超声波作用到棉织物前处理中,可减少前处理试剂用量,缩短时间,降低生产成本。The ultrasonic was used to pre-treat cotton fabrics. An L9(33) orthogonal experiment was designed after a single factor experimental analysis on factors affecting cotton fabric weight loss rate. The optimal technological conditions were determined based on the impacts of ultrasonic treatment on the properties of cotton fabrics. Under the optimal process, factors affecting bleaching were analyzed to select the best bleaching process. The results were as follows. The optimum process of the ultrasonic desizing: temperature 50℃, 30 rain, frequency 50 kHz; the optimum process of cotton fabric bleaching with H202: H20z concentration of 20 g.L-1, 30 min, 60℃. Under the optimum process, the weightlessness rate, whiteness, wicking height, breaking strength, and elongation rate of cotton fabric was 14.28%, 76.5, 7.4 cm, 305 N, and 42.8%, respectively. The data suggested that ultrasonic pretreatment can reduce the amount ofpretreated reagent, shorten the time and decrease production costs.
