摘  要:水平轴半凸圆锥面在复杂类零件中应用较广,通过运用数学知识对刀位点进行数值计算,利用宏程序编写数控程序代码,能够使数控机床快速、准确地实现自动加工。现应用FANUC 0i mate-MC数控系统对此类工件进行宏程序编制,该宏程序通过了VNUC数控仿真软件的验证,并用于真实的三坐标联动数控铣床成功地进行了首件试切。水平轴半凸圆锥面铣削加工宏程序给编程人员带来了全新的挑战,为编程人员提高数控编程技能提供了良好的学习平台。Convex Semi- tapered Surface with Horizontal Axis in complex parts have been widely used in practice.It can be made accurately on numerical control machine tools,which has been programming with the application of macro instruction before computing cutter position point coordinate figures with mathematical knowledge. a macro program was programmed for such Convex Semi- tapered Surface with Horizontal Axis and was inputted FANUC 0i mate- MC system to machine parts successfully in VNUC NC simulating software and actual three axis CNC milling machine. The macro program brings a new challenge for the NC programmer in Convex Semi- tapered Surface with Horizontal Axis milling,and it provides a good learning platform for the programmer to improve NC programming skills.
