摘　　要：毛坯尺寸是整体双锥形环件闭式径向辗轧的重要几何参数,它直接影响着整个成形过程和最终环件质量。为有效提升毛坯尺寸设计的效率和精度,利用体积不变原理给出了毛坯尺寸的计算公式,结合稳定成形条件确定了辗轧比的合理取值范围,提出了一种基于辗轧比的整体双锥形环件闭式径向辗轧毛坯尺寸设计新方法,并设计开发了一套异形环件径向辗轧毛坯设计软件。针对同一尺寸的整体双锥形环件产品,该方法能够设计出一系列不同尺寸的双锥形截面毛坯,从而为深入研究整体双锥形环件闭式径向辗轧的不均匀塑性变形机理和形性一体化协同调控提供了重要基础。Blank dimensions are important geometry parameters for radial rolling of integral bi-conical ring （ IB- CR）, and it directly affect the entire forming process and the quality of final deformed ring. Aiming at the closed-pass radial IBCR rolling process with initial bi-eonieal-seetion blank （BCSB） , the calculation formulas of BCSB dimensions are obtained by using volume conservation principle, the reasonable range of rolling ratio is determined according to steady forming conditions, then a new blank dimensions design method based on rolling ratio is proposed and the responding software is developed to improve efficiency and accuracy. Through the pro- posed method, a series of BCSBs with different dimensions can be designed for the same desired IBCR, and they can be used to deeply investigate the inhomogeneous deformation mechanisms and the integrated coordinate- regulation on the shape and performance of the deformed ring.
