摘　　要：介绍了一种大型龙门自走式压力矫直机的结构、主要参数和特点。该套压力矫直机采用龙门自走式,同时配置了在线直线度快速检测系统,简化了上下料系统,实现了超长料快速检测自动矫直,使得压力矫直机成为在线设备,为钢厂在超大型锻材矫直机快速在线矫直设备选型方面提供参考。The structure and main parameters of a large-scale and self-propelled gantry gag straightener were short introduced. The technology and the characteristics of the straightening equipments were detailed analyzed. A linearity detection on-line system was applied on the gag straightener. It makes the charging and discharging system simpler, and makes the gag straightener became an on-line equipment. It can provide reference for steel works in purchasing gag straightener machine.
