摘　　要：在韩国现代3期炉外精炼项目中,中国重型机械研究院股份公司依靠以设计为主导的项目管理模式进行高效管理,获得了工期短、质量好、投资省的良好经济效果,得到了各方的好评。基于该管理模式的成功实践,本文论术了以设计为主导在本项目管理中的表现、发挥的优势和应注意的问题,为同类项目管理提供了有益的借鉴。In the 3th ladle refining project of Hyundal Steel Company, Korea, an advanced managment model of to design as the leading was used by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd., for More Efficiently, Which achieved the better economic results including shorter time, better quality and lower cost, and got a favourable comment from parties to the project. Based on the project successful experience, there were performance, advantages and pay attention to the problem of the management model were discussed in this pa- per. It provided a useful reference for the similar project management.
