复方茜连止泻散超微粉对鸭腹泻的疗效观察

摘　　要：为评价中药超微粉茜连止泻散治疗鸭腹泻的效果,选用河南省10个鸭场的患病鸭,每个鸭场均随机分为5组,分别为中药高(2%)、中(1%)、低剂量组(0.8%)和中西药结合治疗组,同时设抗生素对照组,混饲和饮水给药,每组3个重复。结果表明,中药超微粉茜连止泻散高、中、低剂量组均有较好的疗效,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),高、中剂量组间差异不显著(P>0.05),高、中剂量组与低剂量组间差异显著(P<0.05)。中药超微粉茜连止泻散对鸭腹泻疗效好,以中剂量(1%)配合抗生素使用效果更好。To evaluate the curative effects of the compound madder goldthread anti-diarrhea superfine powder on duck diarrhea,the clinical sick duck flocks from 10 farms in Henan province were selected for this study.The tested ducks in each farm were randomly divided into five groups and treated with the traditional Chinese drug（TCD）of high dose（2%）,medium dose（1%）or low dose（0.8%）,the integrated traditional Chinese drug-Western drug（TCD-WD）,and the antibiotics which served as a control,respectively.The results showed that compared to the control group,all of the three TCD groups provided significant curative effects（P0.05）.Although no significant difference were observed between the high dose and medium dose groups of TCD,both of them showed significant curative effects compared to the low dose group（P0.05）.Our data indicated that the TCD of compound madder goldthread anti-diarrhea superfine powder has good curative effect on infectious duck diarrhea,and the medium dose（1%）is suggested to be used with antibiotics.
