摘　　要：介绍了广东数字台网的概况和速报的流程,从速报人员的心理素质、速报的技术水平以及地震台网的选址这几个方面来讨论如何提高地震速报质量和应对措施,以保证速报质量的可靠性和科学性。The paper introduces the status of Guangdong digital seismic network and the process of earthquake quick report. Meanwhile, the paper discusses how to improve the quality of seismic quick report and the response measures from the psychological quality of the quick report staff, the technical level of report staff and seismic network location, so as to ensure the reliability and scientific of quick report.
