摘　　要：目的了解西昌市女性性工作者首次商业性行为情况。方法于2010-05,从西昌市社区中招募女性性工作者,调查其社会人口学、首次性行为情况、首次商业性行为情况。结果共调查404名女性性工作者,从首次性行为到首次商业性行为的发生率为18.65/100人年（95%CI=16.83-20.47）。多因素Cox比例风险模型分析中,来源地（RR=1.29,95%CI=1.05-1.60）、民族（RR=1.82,95%CI=1.28-2.59）、首次性行为对象（RR=1.99,95%CI=1.56-2.53）是女性性工作者首次商业性行为发生的关系差异有统计学意义。结论需进一步研究女性性工作者首次商业性行为的发生情况及其影响因素,为开展针对性的健康教育和行为干预措施提供科学依据。Abstract Objective To investigate the status of the first commercial sexual behaviors among female sex workers in Xichang city, Sichuan province. Methods During May 2010, a community -based survey was conducted to collect the demographic characteristics, the first time of sex and commercial sex based on convenient sam-piing. Results A total of 404 female sex workers were investigated. The incidence from the first sex intercourse to the first commercial sex was 18.65/100 person year （95% CI = 16. 83 - 20. 47）. Multivariate Cox propor- tional hazard regression model indicated that local Liang- shan resident （RR =1.29, 95%CI =1.05 -1.60）, ethnicity （RR=1.92, 95%CI=1.28-2.59）, part-ner of first sex （RR =1.99, 95%CI =1.56-2.53） were independently associated with the first commercial sex, respectively. Conclusion Further study is needed to explore the first sexual commercial behavior and associated factors to provide references for pertinent health education and behavioral intervention.
