摘 要:目的分析河北省2010-2013年麻疹疑似病原学检测结果,了解河北省麻疹/风疹病毒基因型特征,为预防和控制麻疹/风疹提供分子流行病学数据方法采用病毒分离结合荧光定量PCR方法鉴定出麻疹病毒和风疹病毒阳性毒株,并进一步进行序列测定和分析。方法从636份咽拭子标本中分离出44株麻疹阳性毒株,均为H1基因型;分离出24株风疹阳性毒株,除1株为2B基因型外,其余23株均为1E基因型。结果河北省2010-2013年麻疹野病毒流行优势株为H1基因型,风疹野病毒流行优势株为1E基因型,未发现病毒有较大变异,未发现输入病例。Objective To analyze the etiology characteristics of measles and rubella virus circulated in Hebei province during 2010 -2013 and therefore to provide molecular epidemiology data for measles and rubella prevention and control. Methods Measles and rubella viruses were isolated with Vero/SLAM cell line fiom pa- tients' throat swabs and identified through RT- PCR. The PCR products were further sequenced and analyzed. Results Of 636 throat swab specimens, 44 strains of measles virus were detected, all belonging to ttl genotype ; 24 strains of rubella virus were detected, one strain belonged to 2B genotype and the other 23 strains were 1E genotype. Conclusion H1 genotype is the predominant genotype of wild measles virus and rubella vi- ruses mostly belong to 1E genotype in Hehei province. The viruses have not been exhibited greater variation. No imported measles case was found.
