摘　　要：海上网络中心战要求从体系角度考虑舰船装备的发展,体系贡献度是重要的衡准。本文从作战体系与能力出发,分析海上作战体系的构成,提出海军舰船装备体系构成和能力构成,给出舰船装备体系贡献度的含义与表达形式,在现有方法基础上研究提出了以评估海上作战编成体系作战能力来量化评价舰船装备体系贡献度的综合指数法,并给出了应用实例。Ship development is required to put into the combat system of systems by the network centric warfare,and the contribution margin of a ship in it is an important criteria for the decision-making.In the paper,the construct of the combat system of systems on the sea is analyzed from the general combat system of systems and its capabilities,and then the construct of ship system of systems and the capabilities are analyzed. On the above,the definition and expression of the ship contribution margin in the system of systems are given, and the quantitative comprehensive index method is studied for evaluating the contribution margin of a ship by the capabilities of the combat formation on the basis of mature analysis methods. An applied example of the method is presented finally.
