摘 要:针对以往舰载机调运作业安全以定性分析为主,无法给出各个影响因素重要性程度的问题,采用定量分析的思想,对影响其安全的诸多因素,如人员因素、管理因素、装备因素和环境因素进行调研分析,构建调运作业结构模型和判断矩阵。通过对各影响指标的重要性程度进行比较分析,得到各影响因素所占的权重。研究结果表明,人员是舰载机调运作业安全中最重要的因素,其次是管理因素和装备因素,环境因素影响最小。The aircraft dispatching operation safety is researched with qualitative analysis in the past which can not give each influence factors on the degree of importance. By adopting the idea of quantitative analysis,this paper analyzes all factors that affect its safety,such as personnel,equipment,management factors and environmental factors. A dispatching operation structural model and judgment matrix are constructed. By comparing the importance degree of each index,various weight of affecting factors is obtained. The results show that the staff is the most important aircraft dispatching operation safety factor,the second is management factors and equipment factors,environmental factors affect the minimum.
