摘 要:对西南某地含有少量稀土元素的高硫低品位稀有金属复合矿,采用硫酸铵溶液渗滤浸出获得了TREO含量约700 mg/L,铜含量约400 mg/L,铝含量高达10 g/L、铁含量高达4.4 g/L的浸出液。针对溶液高铝、高铁,稀土含量低及含铜的特点,采用铵盐预除铝获得硫酸铝铵副产品,进而沉淀除铁、铝,再采用硫化铵沉淀铜获得铜富集物,得到了可供进一步萃取富集或采用化学法制备稀土化合物的稀土溶液。试验结果表明,稀有金属复合矿中的离子型稀土浸出率达88.7%;采用铵盐预除铝-沉淀除铁、铝-除重金属工艺,可综合利用浸出液中的铝、铜,并获得良好的稀土回收效果。To certain low-grade rare metal complex ore contained small amounts of rare earth in south-west China, The content of solution by ammonium sulfate percolation leaching were that TREO -700 mg/L, Cu -400 mg/L, Al 12g/I,,Fe -7g/L. According to the the solution with high aluminum,high Fe,low rare earth and less copper, a- luminum ammonium sulfate by-product was obtained by pre-removing aluminum,then iron and aluminum precipita- ted, and copper concentrate was obtained by ammonium sulfide precipitation. Thus rare earth solution could be re- covered by SX extraction or preparation. The test results earth in ore was 88.7% ;Al,Cu,TREO could be utilized showed that the rare earth leaching rate of ion type rare by multi-step selective precipitation.
