摘　　要：介绍了八钢公司在1750mm热连轧生产线研制18.4mm厚规格X80的情况。通过合金成分优化设计,强化热轧控轧控冷工艺,八钢公司试制生产的18.4mm厚规格X80管线钢产品的力学性能完全符合西气东输三线管道工程用热轧板卷的技术条件要求。This paper introduces the development of high strength X80 pipeline steel with the 18.4mm thickness at1750 mm strip rolling mill in Bayi steel.Through optimization microalloying,controlled rolling and controlled cooling technique,the mechanical properties of X80 pipeline steel meet the standard specification of hot rolled coils for the 3rd west-east gas pipeline project.
