革命老区职业农民的发展路径初探——以四川省巴中市为例

摘　　要：在传统农民面临"终结"的同时,现代农业、粮食安全问题都呼唤职业农民的新生。通过走访巴中市平昌、通江、南江三县的64个乡镇,发现众多农业经济合作组织缺少懂技术、会经营的职业农民,且其培育难度较大。因此提出政府要优化职业农民发展的外部环境、企事业单位共同完善职业培训体系,不断提高农民自身意识从而加快农民职业化。Evolution in the career planning of professional peasants is required urgently along with the developemnt of modern agriculture and the problems regarding food safety. Based on the case study of 64 villages and towns in Bazhong city,which once was the revolutionary base,the paper illustrates the difficulties to train skilled modern peasants in economic co-operative organizations,and the solutions lie both in the optimization of the external environment by the local governments and the completion of carrer plan training by the organizations themselves.
