摘  要:为解决某型飞机导弹火控系统总线传输线路的性能检测问题,提高火控总线传输的可靠性,研制了火控总线检测仪。检测仪通过两块1553B总线接口板分别模拟总线控制器和终端,采用Lab Windows/CVI软件开发平台,基于火控总线消息结构定义、消息包的设置以及双定时器中断控制技术,实现了便于模拟数据包发送接收和比较的双余度总线线路自动检测功能。测试结果表明,该检测仪能够对火控总线传输线路的故障进行有效诊断和定位,且技术先进,性能优越,极大地提高了维修保障效率。The fire-control bus detector is developed in order to solve the problems caused by the bus transmission lines performance test of the missile fire-control system of a certain type of aircraft,improving the reliability of the fire-control bus transmission. Based on the fire-control bus message structure definition,message set and stop and control technology of the double timer,the dual-redundant automatic detection function of bus lines is realized,which makes it easy to simulate the transmitting,receiving and comparing of packets by simulating the bus controller and the terminal via two pieces of 1553 B bus interface boards respectively and using the Lab Windows / CVI software development platform. The result shows that the detector can effectively diagnose and locate the fault of fire-control bus transmission lines,and greatly improve the maintenance support efficiency with advanced technology and superior performance.
