摘  要:目的求解结构发泡材料的材料属性(包含皮层和芯核)。方法首先通过三点弯曲试验实验的手段,求出了以外形尺寸为18 mm×5.9 mm×106 mm结构发泡材料试样在载荷F=15 N时的挠度(1.42 mm),再利用Pro/E建立了其参数化等效夹层模型,并导入Ansys Workbench进行了模拟分析试验,先设置皮层、芯核的弹性模量和皮层参数变化范围,以参数识别方法分析模型参数。结果通过数据处理得出了模型皮层厚度ts=1.15 mm、皮层弹性模型E1=571 MPa、芯核弹性模量E2=304 MPa。结论为结构发泡材料性能分析和研究提供了一定参考。The purpose of this paper was to solve the material properties(including cortex and core) of the structural foam material. First by means of three-point bending experiment, the deflection of structural foam material specimen with an overall dimension of 18 mm × 5.9 mm × 106 mm in the load of F=15 N was calculated to be 1.42 mm, and then the parametric equivalent sandwich model was established using Pro/E, and imported into Ansys Workbench for simulation analysis. The cortex and core elastic modulus as well as cortex parameter variation range was first set, and then the model parameters were analyzed using parameter identification method. It was found by data processing that cortex thickness ts=1.15 mm, elastic cortex model E1=571 MPa, and core elastic modulus E2=304 MPa. This paper provides reference for performance analysis and research of structural foam materials.
