摘 要:研究背景:田径运动员中,应力性骨损伤是较为常见的一种骨损伤。但目前为止,超声成像作为一种检查手段来检查这类运动员损伤还知之甚少。研究方法:113名田径运动员为研究对象,同时利用高频超声和核磁共振(MRI)成像,对运动员们的腿部和脚部进行应力性骨损伤检查。利用5级核磁共振(MRI)损伤分级系统作为参照,我们对比了高频超声与核磁共振(MRI)成像在灵敏度,准确性,以及阴性和阳性检查结果的差异。结果:113名运动员同时进行两种检查手段进行检查,核磁共振(MRI)检查组结果为:0级损伤3名(2.7%),1级损伤12名(10.6%),2级损伤15名(13.3%),3级损伤77名(68.2%),4级损伤6名(5.3%)。高频超声检查结果为:22名运动员没有检测到损伤:0级损伤2名,1级损伤8名,2级损伤8名,3级损伤4名,其余结果一致。统计结果表明,以核磁共振(MRI)为参照检测工具,超声成像检测手段表现出了81.8%的灵敏度,99%的阳性检测,13.4%的阴性检测以及81.4%的准确性。结论:作为一种较为方便的检查手段,高频超声是一种可靠的检查应力性骨损伤的手段。Background: Among track and field athletes,bone stress injury is a common form of bone damage. But so far,ultrasound imaging as a screening tool to check the kind of athlete injury is still poorly understood. Methods: 113 Athletes took part in the study,at the same time,applied the use of high- frequency ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging( MRI)imaging,for athletes' leg and foot bone stress injury. With the use of five nuclear magnetic resonance( MRI) damage classification system as a reference,we compared the high- frequency ultrasound and magnetic resonance( MRI) imaging differences in sensitivity,accuracy,and positive and negative results. Results: 113 players simultaneously inspect two inspection methods,magnetic resonance imaging( MRI) examination Group results: Level 0 was 3( 2. 7%),Level 1 was 12( 10. 6%),Level 2 was 15( 13. 3%),Level 3 was 77( 68. 2 percent),Level 4 was 6( 5. 3%). High frequency ultrasound results: 22 players did not detect damage: Level 0 got 2,Level 1 got 8,Level 2 got 8,Level 3 got 4,and the remaining results were consistent. Statistical results showed that compared with magnetic resonance( MRI),as a reference detection tools,ultrasound imaging detection methods showed 81. 8% sensitivity,99% of the positive test,13. 4 percent and 81. 4 percent negative test accuracy. Conclusion: As a more convenient means of inspection,high- frequency ultrasound is a reliable means of checking the bone stress injuries.
