中医辨证治疗糖尿病心血管自主神经病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医辨证治疗糖尿病心血管自主神经病变的临床疗效。方法:96例糖尿病心血管自主神经病变患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。在控制血糖、血压、血脂等一般治疗基础上,对照组使用甲钴胺片+硫辛酸胶囊+胰激肽原酶肠溶片+依帕司他片治疗;观察组给予中药汤剂辨证治疗,两组患者疗程均为30 d。比较两组患者临床疗效、心脏自主神经功能、不良反应。结果:观察组临床疗效、心脏自主神经功能有效率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组1例出现不良反应,对照组5例出现不良反应,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗糖尿病心血管自主神经病变与西药综合治疗该病疗效相当,但是其临床不良反应发生率明显较低。Objective ： To observe the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetic cardiovascular autonomic neuropa- thy. Methods： 96 patients with diabetic cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,based on general treatment such as controlling of blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid, etc. , the control group was given mecobalamin tablets, thioctic acid capsules, pancreatic kiniogenase enteric-coated tablets and epalrestat tablets, the treatment group was treated with TCM decoction syndrome differentiation and treatment,30 days as a course of treatment for both groups. Com- pared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, heart autonomic nervous function, and adverse reactions. Results ： Comparison of clin- ical curative effect, heart autonomic nervous function in the two groups showed that there was no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： It shows the same clinical effect between the two groups treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and modern medicine, but TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment＇ with lower incidence of adverse reactions.
