黄芩栀子膏对SD大鼠钝挫伤骨骼肌行为学及形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芩栀子膏对SD大鼠钝挫伤骨骼肌行为学及形态学的影响。方法:将60只清洁级雄性健康SD大鼠随机分为实验组、红花油组、自然愈合组、空白组。前3组于右下肢股二头肌肌腹建立骨骼肌钝挫伤模型。实验组、红花油组每日分别于造模处涂抹黄芩栀子膏或红花油,自然愈合组、空白组不做处理。4组大鼠每日置于空旷平台,记录其由静止到运动的时间为怠惰时间。造模后1 d,自然愈合组与空白组各随机处死6只大鼠取材;造模后3 d、6 d,从4组中各随机取6只大鼠,处死取材。结果:形态学方面,造模第3天,实验组大鼠损伤肌肉组织中炎细胞面积比例低于自然愈合组(P<0.05);第6天时,实验组大鼠损伤肌肉组织中炎细胞量低于红花油组(P<0.05)。行为学方面,实验组怠惰时间下降速度略高于红花油组、自然愈合组,与自然愈合组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组立即启动率相近,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:黄芩栀子膏对骨骼肌钝挫伤的修复有促进作用,其作用机制为加快炎症反应进程。Objective ： To investigate the effect of Huangqin Zhizi Ointment on the morphology and ethology of skeletal muscle in SD rats contusion. Methods： Totally 60 healthy male SD rats, clean grade,were randomly divided into 4 groups： experimental group, earthamns oil group, self-healing group, and blank control group. We made skeletal muscle contusion model on the biceps femoris on the right hind limb of the SD rats in the first three groups. And for the first group, we smeared Huangqin Zhizi Ointment on the wounded part; for the second group, we smeared carthamus oil. All of the SD rats were put on a platform one by one, and we counted the time from putting the rat on the platform to the rat starting moving, which was called sloth time. Six SD rats of self-healing group and six SD rats of blank con- trol group were put to death for microscope specimen in ld after making model, and six SD rats from every group were put to death for microscope specimen in 3 d and 6d after making model. Results： In morphology,3 d after making model, the inflammatory cells propor- tion of experimental group was lower than the proportion of self-healing group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. 6 d after making model, the inflammatory cells proportion of experimental group was lower than the proportion of earthamus oil group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In ethology, the descending speed of average sloth time of experimental group was faster than self-healing group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and it was also faster than carthamus oil group slightly. The proportions of rats starting moving immediately in all were close, and there was no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Huangqin Zhizi Ointment is functional in curing skeletal muscle contusion through accelerating the process of inflammatory response.
