摘　　要：徐福松教授认为男子不育症之病机,总不离乎肾,治病求本,临证治疗当从"肾"入手。男子不育症病理特点是正虚邪恋、虚实夹杂,审证求因,审因求治,治疗大法当为扶正祛邪、消补兼施,消中有补,不会克伐正气;补中有消,毋虑留滞邪气;强调"先天生后天""后天养先天",以脾肾同治立法,治疗以辨证和辨病相结合。Professor Xu Fusong believes that the pathogenesis of male infertility always not from the kidney, treatment for the root, and treatment from the ＂ kidney＂ in clinics. The pathological characteristic of male infertility is deficiency the healthy Qi and evil excess,in- termingled deficiency and excess,identifying the root courses, methods of strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic fac- tors, the therapy of diminishing and nourishing, in case of hurting the vital Qi, and remaining the evils ; emphasis on ＂ Xiantian giving birth to Houtian＂ ,＂ Houtian nourishing Xiantian＂, treatment both spleen and kidney, syndrome combined disease differentiation and treatment.
